XAVIER SCHOOL NUVALI
Xavier School, the reputable Jesuit School for the Filipino-Chinese will be the first educational institution to find home in Nuvali.
In line with Nuvali's goals to build a community that strongly promotes environmental and social responsibility, Xavier School's campus and core curriculum will also focus on grooming students to become good stewards of the planet.
Xavier School's campus will be designed to offer a complete learning environment where students learn not only from elders and experts, but also from peers, and from actual experience.
The lay-out of the school grounds will cover three to four buildings that will house state-of-the-art classrooms for primary, middle and secondary levels. Other facilities included in the masterplan are high-end sports facilities like a gymnasium, basketball courts, swimming pool and football fields. There will also be an IT-equipped multi-purpose hall, auditorium and library.
The new Xavier School will apply a co-divisional model wherein boys and girls will be educated separately but will have ample opportunities for interaction.

 WILDLIFE AND BIRD SANCTUARY
NUVALI aims to preserve and enhance an approximately 17 kilometer buffer area into a wildlife and bird sanctuary that encourages existing wildlife habitat to live and flourish within NUVALI.
A gazebo and viewing decks with fun and experiential exhibits are found inside the bike and foot trails for bird-watching enthusiasts, families and groups as an outdoor recreational activity.
As part of its conservation efforts, NUVALI encourages volunteerism programs from schools, companies and organizations to conduct tree planting activities within the bird sanctuary.
A total of 76 faunal species composed of 62 bird species, 7 mammal species, 7 herpetofaunas and 55 species of flora were recorded through Haribon's Biological survey of NUVALI conducted last Nov. 19-22 and Dec 4-6, 2008. 
  Thirteen species of 17% of vertebrate fauna (10 birds, 1 mammal and 2 lizards) are endemic including 2 restricted-range species or island endemics restricted to Luzon faunal region. A total of 36 indigenous with 10 endemic floral species to the Philippines were also recorded.
